Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH)
The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) is a data warehouse for provider credentialing information. It is being used by more and more payers as a mandatory repository for physician data, i.e., providers whose information has not been entered into CAQH will not be credentialed by the payer until it is.
