To find TRICARE fees, go to the TRICARE Provider Information website at http://www.tricare.mil/tma/StudiesEval.aspx. Then click on the Rates and Reimbursement tab on the top right and find the reimbursement category you’d like to check. You can also find a tab for the Provider Information at the top of the page.

Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH)

The Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) is a data warehouse for provider credentialing information. It is being used by more and more payers as a mandatory repository for physician data, i.e., providers whose information has not been entered into CAQH will not be credentialed by the payer until it is.
